Why are there so many of us wrestling with weight loss? Trying numerous diets, programs, detoxes and exercise regimes, only to sabotage our efforts and then gain more weight than when we started? In the mean-time we create more guilt, lower self-esteem, and feelings of hopelessness.
The many factors that influence our fat storage are hormones, emotions, stress, digestion, food allergies, insulin resistance, and the acid-alkaline balance (pH) of our body’s fluids & tissues.
Emotionally, there are unique triggers at the very core of us that create unhealthy desires, thoughts and sabotage. Hypnotherapy can gently find and resolve the emotional triggers, permanently release unhealthy habits and create new healthy habits. We can essentially re-program our internal computer and make our metabolism more efficient, causing weight loss to typically occur naturally.
