1. Mums with Young Kids - 9.00 am to 12.30 pm

2. General session - 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm

• Creative visualisation / meditation to find our deepest desires

• Gratitude techniques to manifest

• Paper vision boards

• Online vision boards

• Writing our vision board

• Reprogramming our thinking to be happy now!

​All materials are supplied, although you are welcome to bring along any photos and extra materials to make your vision board extra special.
